When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wrightsville Beach area. To find the best value, change your trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
