Spectacular 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo at the Islander Villas, located on the top floor with gorgeous sunset vistas from the huge back deck. There are ocean vistas and Intracoastal vistas from the same deck. Only a fast walk to the beach!

Just steps from the charming blue-green waters and shining white sands of Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is also roughly 500 yards from the oceanfront Islander Resort Beach Club which includes a enormous oceanfront pool and outdoor Tiki Bar and Grille. Savor tennis on the community courts.

The condo sleeps 8. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king beds, while bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds. Kitchen amenities include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, and toaster oven. Also located in the condo are 5 T.V.s, all with cable, as well as DVD/VCR's. Free Wifi is available. You will find a common elevator just outside the condo, making the trip up to the top floor a breeze!

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

We cannot guarantee the communal elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. The HOA manages and maintains the elevator, not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not give refunds if the elevator is broken or unusable during your stay. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

Pool and or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool and or spa.

Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $175 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

• In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
• Find a copy of your local Wrightsville Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
