Welcome to Pie Seas, the left side of a charmingly designed duplex in Carolina Beach that’s constructed for gathering, calming, and making memorable beach memories. This cavernous four-level coastal getaway with elevator access comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it the ideal base camp for family vacations, friend getaways, or multi-generational trips.

Located just four blocks from the beach, you’re never far from the sand and surf. A beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are included so you can effortlessly roll everything you need down to the shore.

When you're not at the beach, appreciate ocean breezes from the top-level observation deck, relax on one of the home's private porches, or gather indoors for games and movie nights.

The ground floor is designed for fun and relaxation with a game room hangout space featuring:

Carolina Beach Dog Rules:
The Town of Carolina Beach has seasonal dog restrictions:
• April 1 – September 30: Dogs allowed on the beach before 9AM and after 5PM only
• Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9AM – 5PM during this period
Guests must carry a bag or container for pet waste while walking dogs.
