This is a condo unit in a 2 unit building, there is one unit above. The deck is private, however the beach access is shared with the other unit. There is also a modest studio unit below that may be occupied at times. Please be mindful of others.
There is parking for 3 cars - 1 garage, 2 in driveway. The driveway is shared so please be sure not to block access.
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check with electronic code. You will receive check in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival via e-mail.
