Delightfully decorated with granite counter tops, hottub tub, ceiling fans; wood floors. Books, games, DVDs, gas fireplace, charcoal grille. Office area with dedicated phone line for fax, scanner and printer.
Appreciate expansive ocean vistas from the screened porch, covered porch, and two broad decks with furnishings, a direct walkway to beach over a freshwater pond with a double gazebo, beach cart for carrying all your beach gear. Exquisite home! Part Handicap friendly. Enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water.
Though family pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be occasionally present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
