Middleton Park is located right across the street from this home and offers a wide variety of activities for people of all ages. The younger travelers in your group will appreciate the pirate ship-themed playground and cooling off at the splash pad water park in the warmer months! There are even many sports courts to take advantage of, including pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. This complex is also home to dozens of local events throughout the year — from festivals and concerts to farmers' markets and sporting events. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
