The first living level of this charming bungalow has a very convenient floor plan that lends itself well to travelers. Three bedrooms and two Jack and Jill bathrooms between each bedroom, ensuring each guest has convenient access and privacy. There is half a bathroom across from the middle bedroom on this level that is useful for both visitors as well as occupants of the middle bedroom. The fourth bedroom on this level has a private full bathroom. The living area is furnished with a sizable comfortable sectional couch, flat screen TV with streaming service, and opens to a gorgeous oceanfront covered porch with sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a modest galley complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer for added convenience.

The upper and lower levels of this home are connected by an exterior covered staircase and can be accessed from the sound or ocean sides of the home. There is also an elevator off the kitchen that gives direct access between the upper and lower level of this home in addition to the exterior stairwell that can be used to navigate between the floors. The elevator can also be accessed from the ground floor entry and is a convenient feature for guests, groceries, and bags!

The second living level of this home features a cavernous open floor plan with impressive vistas.
