THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer and Carolina Kai is the ideal place to stay while visiting our gorgeous beach town! Located on the east end of the island Carolina Kai is a short 5-min. walk to the ocean from it's second street location. Appreciate impressive intercoastal marsh vistas from the enormous portrait windows on the top level. Top level living/dining area ensure you will appreciate every sunrise with your morning cup of coffee as well as charming sunsets while dining with family and friends.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation! Carolina Kai has covered parking and lighting for up to 7 cars. You will have access to a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details) and tiki bar that is equipped with a intelligent TV. There is a full sized refrigerator close by in the garage as well as an outdoor shower and, 6 beach chairs supplied for your convenience. There are intelligent TV's in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The outside decks are entirely furnished with patio style chairs and furnishings. The bottom floor living area has a foosball table that can convert into other games- pool, hockey and ping pong. The kitchen is fully supplied with all your needs to prepare a handsome meal after a day at the beach, including 2 ovens, 2 full size fridges/freezers, and 2 dishwashers! This home is very roomy with an elevator making this home handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. to make the check-in process painless! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all 7-nighttime stays checking in on May 20th, and checking out on September 9th.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

When to book & When to go:

• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
