*PLEASE NOTE:
1) Our HOA prohibits boats, trailers and golf carts on the property. We apologize if this is an issue but we are unable to accommodate any type of trailer.
2) We have a pull-out Queen-sized couch and can sleep up to 6 guests. However, our linen contract only provides for the two bedrooms and 4 guests. If your event has up to 6 guests, you can use the pull-out couch but you will need to bring your own queen sized linens, pillow cases and bath towels for the additional guests above 4. Please message me for details.
3) No family pets.
Sleeping arrangements: One king bed, two twin beds.
About the Area
Located near the beach, this condo is in Yaupon Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
