Located in one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in Wilmington, our beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom ranch is the ideal coastal hideaway for anyone seeking a calming poolside vacation. Our home does NOT require a week minimum stay and includes full linen service!

Location: The Sands Ranch is located in a fashionable and peaceful neighborhood, providing a calming escape while still being within a short distance of Mayfaire, Downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We are right down the road from the locals favorite Biggers Market. Coastal Ranch with Pool and Sauna is located in Green Meadow, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Battleship North Carolina and Wrightsville Beach Museum of History are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Eagle Point Golf Club. New Hanover County Arboretum and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation rental.
