Blue Meridian includes a private residential elevator, making it much easier to move suitcases, groceries, coolers, and beach gear between levels.

Please keep cars within the designated parking areas and follow all local parking regulations. Oak Island parking rules are enforced, particularly during peak beach season.

We appreciate sharing Blue Meridian with guests and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors with the same respect you would your own.
A few important rules:
• No events or events without prior approval.
• Please observe peaceful hours and be respectful of our neighbors.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Please supervise kids around the pool, decks, stairs, and elevator at all times. Pool alarm is installed per code for safety.
• No glass in the pool area.
• Please do not leave food outside or otherwise attract pests.
• If something is accidentally damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen and savor the communication.
• Please follow all posted elevator safety instructions.
