Located in the peaceful wooded section of Oak Island, Co’Sea Cottage is cavernous but comfortable when you want it. With 2 Screened-In Porches (front & back) & a Fenced-In Backyard, it’s the place to bring your beach loving dog. The front screened-in porch has tons of seating, including a bench swing. Have your coffee in the mornings out here with one of numerous NC specific beach reads. Off the Kitchen is the back screened-in porch with a table for AlFresco (& bug complimentary) dinners & playing one of the variety of games. There is an open-air porch in the back to plan your day ahead while appreciating the morning sun. This is the bungalow to experience the earth elements. Water, Air & Fire: Hot Tub, Porches, Fenced-In Backyard & Gas Fireplace in the Living area & Fire Pit in the backyard.



As you enter from the front screen porch, the Living area is inviting with plenty of comfortable seating. Anytime of year, with a flick of a switch, an electric fireplace creates a cozy ambiance. Watch your favorite shows on the big screen TV. The Totally Stocked Kitchen includes modest appliances such as a Toaster Oven. Instant Pot & Blender to make meal preparation simple. Sensational serving pieces make serving your delicious meals even more memorable. Prepare your fresh seafood on the Extensive Propane Grille for added flavor.



In 3 bedrooms, this bungalow sleeps 6. Bedroom #1 Primary with a Queen, En-suite with huge shower, TV & Armoire. Guest 1 has a Queen, TV & Dresser. There is a Shared Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower combination. Guest 2/ Office: Full bed, Dresser/Closet for unpacking & a Desk for Mobile Working/Schooling. The Full-Sized Washer/Dryer keeps your swimsuits fresh for each day’s fun.



Load up all the supplied beach gear (cart/chairs/toys) into the Golf Cart & go play on the beach. The Outdoor Shower accepts you to wash off the sand & salt before you get in the Hot Tub when you return. In the evening, bring your glass of wine out to the Fire Pit in the backyard & relive all the memories of the day together.

Oak Island is a family-aligned beach with a huge variety of activities to choose from. Not only can you play in the sand & sun, but there are museums, parks, concerts, a skateboard park, a splash pad, 2 piers & a sizable variety of eateries & shopping opportunities. Nearby Southport is a walking town. Park & within a short walk are eateries from breakfast, lunch, coffee & a muffin to seafood with a view & fresh dinner. In the heart of Southport, you can visit various handsome parks, art galleries, museums, the visitor center & striking stores. One could spend an entire day browsing all the unique little stores. Sit in the swings on the waterfront & watch as the cargo ships enter the mouth of the Cape Fear River headed to the Port of Wilmington. Feel the healing salubrious breezes Southport is known for. Southport & Oak Island host numerous festivals during the year. Within 20 mins., you can stroll the colonial streets of Old Brunswick Town. The Cape Fear River made this town a port long before Wilmington became one. It’s all a part of the Southport / Oak Island experience.



Please note: Linens are supplied with your reservations, and your beds will be made before your arrival. Also, a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which include 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, modest shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make-up remover, and 2 bottles of water.



We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be supplied in your total and will be requested separately. A non-returnable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once finished.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furnishings or beds (additional cleaning costs may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
