The downstairs features a kitchen, dining room, and living room with broad windows overlooking the golf course. Step out onto the private deck for an even closer look! Two downstairs bedrooms come with queen beds and private bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a roomy seating area, private office, master bedroom with upper deck access, and a extravagant bathroom. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
