Four bedrooms and 2 baths. Private in-ground seasonal pool. All bathrooms are shared between the bedrooms. Four CCTV's (one 42"; one 43"HD), Digital TV, DVD Player, VCR. Books, games, puzzles, videos, ceiling fans. Hand mixer, blender, toaster, two toaster ovens and a crock pot. Covered porch, deck on front and back providing amazing ocean vistas and waterway vistas. Direct beach access across the street with ramps for wheelchairs, outdoor shower. Nightly units available off season only with a three-nighttime minimum.

Please Note: While this was formerly a six bedroom property, beginning in 2024, this unit will only be available as an upstairs duplex with four bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs portion will no longer be available for short term units.

About the Area

Located in Oak Island, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.

When to visit & When to reserve a Oak Island rental home:

  • Summer is high season in Oak Island. To get the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
