Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Two of the rooms are equipped with King beds, the other 2 have Queens, with the fourth bedroom having additional twin bunk beds. The home features a attractively refreshed kitchen with all the amenities you need to accommodate in-home meal prep and cooking. However, if you don't feel like cooking, you're also in luck with the convenience of having multiple local eateries within a 2–5-min. drive.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. • Record a video to document the condition of the property.

If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
