The Space:

Welcome to A New Tide! The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to showcase beautiful ocean vistas on three sides, creating a bright and welcoming space to gather. The layout offers plenty of room for meals, calming, and spending quality time together after a day at the beach.



The top level features a cavernous primary king suite with a private ensuite bath and deck access with gorgeous ocean vistas. Additional bedroom with double beds are also located on this level, along with a versatile additional loft overlooking the living area, ideal for recreation or unwinding after a full day outdoors.



On the mid level, you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom and a twin-over-twin bunk room with hallway full bathroom, ideal for families or mixed-age groups.



Step outside to appreciate direct beach access via the private wooden walkway, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or relax by the private fenced in-ground pool. Cavernous decks offer the ideal spot to take in sunrise and sunset vistas, making outdoor time just as enchanting as being inside.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



*Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is fashionable for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and cycling for those who like to stay on land.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, registered pets falling outside the approved weight limit, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenities that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
