The kitchen comes completely equipped with everything you need…plenty of pots, pans, cooking silverware, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffee pods. A basic selection of spices and cooking oil.
For getting around the island the condo comes with a 4 passenger golf cart or pedal round the island on the 2 adult bicycles. I also have supplied everything you need for the beach, (4) beach chairs, a beach umbrella and you will also find plenty of beach towels for your stay.
*The Royal James Landing condo offers the community pool which is very well maintained and kept during the Spring through early Fall season. If you have modest kids this will be their favorite spot. You will find charcoal grilles and picnic tables also in the pool area.
About the Area
Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Fisher State Recreation Area and Kure Beach. With kayaking, motor boating, and sailing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
