Savor fishing, crabbing, or kayaking directly from the property. Great location just a short walk to the beach! Recent renovations including new floor, Living room furnishings, 5G WIFI, 3 TV's including 4K resolution 55" Intelligent TV. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and bath. Stunning marsh vistas from both guest bedrooms. Open living, dining and kitchen, Central Heat & Air, Washer/Dryer, completely equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed outside hot/cold shower, beach chairs, beach cart, surf fishing rods, crab trap, 2 kayaks, body and skim boards, charcoal grille, and more. Only .14 miles to beach and less than 1/2 mile to pier and Island Way restaurant. Linen costs for 3 BR's of $76 and $15 for Q sleeper are NOT included but can be arranged. No Smoking. Pet friendly.
