The upstairs loft has one bunk with a double on bottom and twin on top and a memory foam sleeper couch with its own half bath ideal for the kiddos. Appreciate sitting on the loft deck or the main deck off the living space and appreciating the ocean breeze. Being within walking distance to the beach access and the BHI club this villa is the ideal family vacation. Bald Head Island Club lifestyle membership is available for separate purchase.

Getting the most from your spending budget:

• Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, shift your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance.
