This is a guest favorite year after year because of the great access to the beach and pier. Simple Livin has a sundeck and screened front porch, ceiling fans and TVs in every room, and two king bedrooms. Guest log in streaming available on all TVs, as well as Merge TV. The screened in porch is ideal for the morning coffee or listening to the waves roll in. Traditional floor plan with two bedrooms on each side of the common area. Located in Sunset Beach, this cottage is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Kayaking, surfing/body boarding, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
