This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is attractively decorated with a handsome coffee porch off of the primary bedroom, king in upstairs primary, 2 twin beds upstairs and queen in downstairs, enormous wrap around porch screened in the back. TVs in all bedrooms. OLED TV in living room. Great vistas 50 yard walk to the beach. Kayaks available for use. Fenced in back yard. This is third row home in the middle of two really nice beach accesses. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs medium size.

We do have a gas grille and a charcoal grille.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Book your Wrightsville Beach rental in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.

  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
