The second downstairs guest bedroom also has a writing desk and has simple access to the hall bath with an upsized tiled walk-in shower.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the home! It's a additional living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers definitely striking vistas. You can see the ocean and marsh from this spot… plus, there's magnificant constructed-in seating to take advantage of! Down the stairs outside is where you'll find the sundeck with multiple lounger chairs. Back inside, the vaulted ceilings extend into both of the bedrooms on this floor as well. The amazing master bedroom suite features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a huge vanity and bespoke tiled walk-in shower. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
