Recently refreshed Oceanview Beach House that's only a 10-second walk to the beach access and a 2-min. walk to the waterway from our driveway!!! We're located on a well-known Wrightsville Beach street between Johnny Mercer's Pier and Robert's Grocery/Wings/Trolly Stop (3 blocks away).

Accepting Saturday to Saturday bookings from Memorial Day to Labor Day; no less than 3 day bookings otherwise.

PROVIDED: WIFI, Intelligent TVs, Standup PACMAN Arcade (12 games supplied like Galaga and Digdug), Regulation Foosball Table, Chess and other board games, two washers and dryers (located 3rd floor and downstairs), professional cleaning, completely supplied kitchen, starter paper goods, shampoo, soap and home linens (including all linens + bath and beach towels). Linens are included with all weekly units.

• Booking in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.

• Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to drive new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
