PLEASE NOTE: The building is undergoing a remodel of the front lobby and interior stairwells through the month of February. The front lobby and elevator is accessible however there is a second back entrance to the building to avoid any ongoing renovations, it has stairs only.
The Town of Wrightsville Beach has an ongoing BEACH RENOURISHMENT project. This is essential to replenish and preserve the sand on our beach. Per the Town it is likely to wrap up sometime between March or April 2024. As of January 29th it has passed our property heading north down the beach.

Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location on Wrightsville Beach!
Unit 107 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the first floor, which is one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summertime is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance.   • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
