This second floor condo is located on the west end of the island and is just a short, one block walk to the public beach access with ramp access.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
