MilRay is centrally located in the Yaupon
Beach area on a peaceful street, with the
Intercoastal Waterway just a few steps
away.
Only 3 blocks from the beach and the Oak
Island Pier with dining, boutique
shopping, and ice cream even closer, you'll
find MilRay in the ideal location.
The Oak Island Golf Club, Fort Caswell,
and OKI lighthouse are only a fast drive,
bicycle ride, or hearty walk from 424 Trott.
Yaupon is one of the most interesting areas
of Oak Island because it still has the old-school North Carolina beach-town feel,
distinguishing it from the newer areas.
About the Area
Yaupon Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, is home to this vacation home. Oak Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Oak Island Beach.
