Welcome to your next Carolina Beach vacation home, conveniently located on the South End of Carolina Beach! The rooftop deck features ample seating where you can sit back and listen to the sound of the waves meeting the sand or catch rays on the loungers under the afternoon sun. In just a few steps, you'll reach the beach! Thoughtfully placed, there is an outdoor shower on the ground level with hooks to hang the beach towels after a day out.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been curated with a family hideaway in mind. With six beds to choose from, you will not have to worry about sleeping arrangements! The roomy kitchen with six barstool seats and a separate dining table for four, there is plenty of room to lay a breakfast out for the family to savor. Inside of the bright living room, there is a tv and boardgames to appreciate at the end of a long day.

There's no need to worry, there are beach chairs, body boards, a ping pong table in the garage for your family to use on your vacation.

Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay. We do have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise everything in the condo is available to use. Please note - this home has multiple stories and requires the use of stairs for access.

This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging.

There is room for 2 cars in the driveway and garage, up to 3 if parked bumper to bumper.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with Airbnb policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.
