This home is on a CORNER directly across street from ocean with unobstructed vistas and private beach access. Ocean Blvd. W. -- 1/2 mile from bridge with option for heated private pool. The direct beachfront view is completely wide open with no obstructions. You literally watch the waves pound the sands of the surf! There are wrap around decks (from front to back on both floors)! Sit on front porch watching and listening to the waves crashing on the sand directly in front of you. You can also sit on covered back porch overlooking pool and watch the boats pass by on the Intercoastal waterway.

A great additional for the family... if the beach is too hot or busy, head to your own swimming getaway in the privacy fenced back yard getaway. Unwind by the pool in a relaxing environment, swim a few laps, or even play some pool basketball in one of the biggest pools on the island of Holden Beach!

Parking with 2 sides under home for cars and then head to the coral door which leads you to your haven for the week. Choose from one of two bedrooms facing beach or one of the two in the rear (one overlooking pool). Two of the four bedrooms even have a wraparound porch along the entire side of home with northern end overlooking pool. Third level has an open floor concept with half bath/Living Room/Dining Room, Kitchen bar-center island workspace, and enormous kitchen entirely outfitted with dishware, glasses, tools, pots, and pans.... a roomy pantry for storage as well. Getting the best Wrightsville Beach rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Summertime is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To get the best value, try shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Wrightsville Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

How to pick the perfect vacation rental in the Wrightsville Beach area:

  • Select dates and spending budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. FREE Heated Pool with 5 day Min Stay May\/June w\/ Beachfront views & large pool has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible on booking websites. If not, reach out to the property management company before reserving the rental. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
  • If there's a particular Wrightsville Beach destination you are enamored with, search for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your desires.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

During your stay:

  • Get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents quite a few issues.
  • Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • To ensure that damages are not linked to your visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during arrival. Call the property manager immediately to record any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
