The laundry room connects the upper half of this home so guests can use the north or south staircase to access the upper level. At the end of the hall is the ocean front primary suite with a cozy king bed. This primary bedroom features impressive ocean vistas, an ocean front deck, YouTube TV, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with dual vanity and shower stall.
Accessing the top floor by way of the north staircase, will lead you to a darling bunk room which has two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin) and one twin trundle. At the end of the hall is the second primary suite with incredible ocean vistas and private deck. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

The Blue Heron offers an Upgraded Starter Kit* as an added convenience for travelers. Every home includes a basic starter package for guests, however, select luxury homes include additional household items or higher quality items that cater to your needs and help make your vacation more fun. Items supplied for this home include amenities such as bespoke pump hand soaps and lotions for each bathroom, liquid dish soap and hand lotion in the kitchen, Glad trash bags, Tide pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, as well as an additional roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. All soaps and lotions are fragrance complimentary, cruelty-complimentary, paraben and sulfate complimentary, and 100% vegan.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
