Pier Haven is a unique, freshly refreshed beach home that has two separate units that can be booked as an entire home and/or separately. The property consists of two identical levels (Unit A and B), each including three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a clean, modern design including its own private entrance, kitchen, living space w/fireplace, covered decks offering oceanfront vistas with plenty of space and privacy for your group to spread out and appreciate all the amenities of home.

The home's ground floor includes premium beach parking, 6+ parking spaces (4 covered) with a parking area to accommodate a 30" boat with trailer. The huge private backyard includes plenty of space to BBQ or play beach games in the sand. The laundry room contains the full-size washer and dryer, beach equipment, iron and ironing board, plus the utility sink. The new outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after some fun in the sun!

The lower level (Unit B) welcomes you with an open floorplan including the living area with ocean vistas, sizable intelligent TV, fireplace, new couch with chairs. The completely outfitted kitchen offers a enormous island with seating for six, all new appliances, and makes a great spot to gather while preparing meals after a fun-filled day at the beach. Outside on the huge, covered deck you can shoot the ocean breeze and savor meals together al fresco at the huge outdoor dining table. The two Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom off the hallway and include all new beds and furnishings, one with a portable workspace for those working remotely. The roomy master suite offers a King bed, private full bathroom, peak vistas of the ocean.

The upper level (Unit A) features spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier vistas. The sizable, glass windows and sliding doors invite plenty of natural light creating a bright and airy ambiance under the cathedral ceiling. The living area includes all new furnishings and tasteful local décor, color changing fireplace, and a large intelligent TV.

Step outside onto the covered deck to listen to the waves crash and watch the dolphins swim by or enjoy ocean view meals together at the large outdoor table. The upper-level kitchen is entirely supplied and includes a large kitchen island with seating for four (with additional stools to accommodate up to six), wine cooler, and ocean vistas. The first Queen bedroom includes access to an oceanside deck and shares a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The cavernous master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean vistas and a intelligent TV.

**Construction is taking place close by Monday thru Saturday. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the status of construction before booking.**

PLEASE BE ADVISED: There will be construction on site in the rear of the building, restricted to Monday thru Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm. Work is expected to continue through April or May 2024. Work will not require access to the interior of the property.

Parking instructions:
driveway parking for up to 6 cars max. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, fully supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four body boards, one adult, three 3 kid bicycles, a cooler, a stroller, and beach cart.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
