THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer! Appreciate extraordinary local eateries, kayaking, fishing, putt putt, and so much more on the island. There are also numerous golf courses just a short 5-min. drive from the island. This home has handsome ocean vistas and is only a 2-min. walk away from the shore! Come appreciate our home away from home!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and an outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a wet bar, with a sizable deck that features an ocean view. The first floor also features a pool table that converts into an air hockey and ping-pong table for all your gaming needs! The second floor has a huge open living area, featuring another enormous deck with a striking view. There is a gorgeous hammock waiting for you, located on the ocean side decks of each floor. This home is very cavernous and the elevator goes to all floors. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille and a second full sized refrigerator. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

New favorite spot!
Hate to leave this review because I wish we could keep this place to our family only! This was definitely the NICEST, CLEANEST and most RELAXING place my wife and I have ever stayed (she’s used to visiting in Newport Beach). This was a newer property we saw pop up, when we were searching for a nice weekend get away on Vacation Rental By Owner. We were weary because it didn’t have many reviews yet, but with it being such a new property in OIB, I’m assuming not many have stayed here yet, or are even aware of it’s existence. We’re hoping to stay for a full Saturday to Saturday come July of this year. We adored drinking our coffee every morning while looking out at the ocean. It’s on the eastern part of the island so it’s additional peaceful and away from all of the traffic toward the front of the island. Because of it being so far down, the beach access you have, leads you to a nice peaceful part of the beach and gives you an striking view of the sunrise each morning. If you savor clean, newer places, that haven’t been worn in by years of family vacations, then I highly recommend booking your next trip to OIB here. The elevator for our suitcases and private pool were nice little additions. 10/10 would recommend!

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling in the area.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
