Saltmarsh Retreat accommodates up to 8 and includes 2 ½ baths, screen sleeping porch, deck, outdoor shower, and soaking tub. Pine paneling and floor, vaulted ceilings, and marine architectural elements distinguish the residence as a coastal station .The home includes 3 carts, and linens. NO MEMBERSHIPS available with this property.

Middle Island's Dogwood Ridge. Surrounded by undeveloped land, the home rests in an acre of maritime forest of live oaks and palmettos, reaching down to Cape Creek waters. East Beach and miles of undeveloped shoreline are accessible privately, a 5-min. cart ride along pristine saltmarsh & Cape Creek Road.
