  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
