There are railings on the front and upstairs patio/balconies, and kids should be supervised at all times while in the marina. Swimming is not allowed in the Cape Fear River due to the dangerous current.Potential for noise:Located next-door to Marina Grille & Live Oak Bank Amphitheater, live music can often be heard from our dock and patios. Military planes are also often heard flying overhead during the day. House is on double lot so there is PLENTY of space to park your boat or multiple cars.The CABIN - SOUTHERN CHARM - is a ranch - the 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and master has private bathroom.The living room is open to the kitchen with an eat-in area. The kitchen is completely outfitted for cooking . You are welcome to use any salt, pepper and spices you find in the cabinet and condiments from the refrigerator. Plenty of space to eat on the deck and you are welcome to use the grille for cooking.Owners DO NOT provide any towels, wash clothes or bed linens.
