Located near the North end of the beach. Master and main area have balcony's with ocean view and private beach access. 1 million+ renovations and newly decorated, True North is sure to be a key memory in your ocean stay. The nighttime vistas of the incredibly bright stars are nearly as delightful as the daytime sunshine and sea.

* No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home and no events, illegal substances or activities allowed on premises.
*Please note if you wish to appreciate the ocean breeze with doors or windows open please turn off the AC. Failure to do so causes heavy condensation to drip from vents and stain walls and you will invoiced for this damage if it occurs. Thank you for understanding!
* Supplies: Feel complimentary to use any items in the refrigerator or pantry. Dishwasher tablets/ detergent can be found under the kitchen sink.
* Family Animals: Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or beds, please pick up and dispose of any leavings on the grounds. If there are any appearances of pet hair or stains on furnishings you will be issued a invoice for professional cleaning.
* Pets on the Beach: 4/1- 9/30 Leashed dogs allowed before 9am and after 5pm. 10/1- 3/31 Leashed dogs allowed all hours *Dogs never allowed on wooden boardwalk or boardwalk district
* Outdoor Rinse Station: to rinse off beach sand before entering the home, please after beach activities
*Beach towels are supplied for you in the basket in the unit
* Parking: There is 1 designated spot underneath the building, 1 per unit with a parking pass found inside unit upon checkin.
Please put this pass in the dash where it is comfortably visible in your car during your stay and leave on the counter upon your checkout. Unmarked cars will be towed in order to maintain the integrity of the private parking.
Height restriction is 7ft, parking spots are standard size 9ft wide x 20ft deep. Larger cars may be a bit tight but still permissible.
Public parking is just around the corner from us and is $25 per day on a first come basis.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • To find the best rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to propel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
