Outside, guests can savor one of the home's most unique features—a cavernous back deck overlooking a calming pond. The swings overlooking the pond provide the ideal place to relax and take in the calming surroundings. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private enclosed outdoor shower before settling in for the evening.



The first-floor sleeping accommodations include two comfortable guest bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds and convenient access to the shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and also shares access to the hallway bath. Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms, creating privacy and flexibility for families and groups. One upstairs bedroom features two twin beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed along with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower.

POOL INFO



This Pool is NOT heated. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.
