This is the ideal property for two couples and a bunch of kids!  You'll adore the salt sea air and the handsome Carolina Lake Vistas from our Two Lake View Porches, and the short half-block walk to either the Ocean or Carolina Lake from our gracious home.  Every Saturday the local arts and craft festival is at your doorstep!  Two beach access points within a one min. walk make you intimate with the Beach.  Pick up your daily fresh foods at Veggie Wagon right across the street. You'll fall in appreciate with the impressive water vistas from nearly every room and the ease of the elevator, stopping on both floors of our townhouse.  You'll have plenty of sleep time privacy for three families in our three separate Guest Suites on the first floor of our Townhome. When you are ready to event, have a beverage on the porch, and fix a delicious meal, join together on the top floor with all the graciousness of a traditional family home. Our Great Room has supremely comfortable furnishings, plenty of space to spread out, and generous natural light.  For a bit of opulent privacy, savor the striking sunset view from your private master bedroom porch. Sophisticated and high quality furnishings will keep you coming back for a casually elegant experience at pretty Carolina Beach.

Rental Policies:
In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off- season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Summer months are high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
