Appreciate your vacation on the pond in this cavernous open floor plan 3 bdrm 2 full bath home. This home features an indoor and outdoor dining area. A sizable kids's room is suitable for all kinds of playtime. Located in the kids’s room, there are two kids bunk beds & a daybed. Come and appreciate a game of corn hole or relax gazing at pond & the impressive white swan and ducks swimming. In the evening savor yourself at the firepit. The home also has a gas grille for all your BBQ needs. The huge laundry room & pantry will hold all your beach chairs & gear. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the spare room also has a queen bed. The enormous kids's room has 2 bunk beds and a daybed.
This home is 6.1 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 3.4 miles to the Mayfaire Town Center, and 7.7 miles to downtown Wilmington. 9 miles to Live Oak Pavillion The entire home is accessible except there is one owners closet & the garage is used for the owners storage
