This entirely modernized handsome three bedroom condo has a comfortable open floor plan with enormous windows and tons of light. The living and dining areas have water vistas from both the balcony and deck. Unwind on the deck and appreciate the peaceful beauty of the sunset across the sound. The calming waterfowl and tides of the sound are simply indescribable. You may even have a dolphin sighting during high tide. There are docks for fishing and outdoor grilles for all your barbequing requirements. Three swimming pools, one of which is ocean front, and three tennis courts are at your disposal. The ocean front pool also has a deck with rocking chairs for a great ocean view. The beach is a short five min. walk from the condo. Ocean Isle Beach is a striking beach for walking, sunbathing, swimming, shell collecting, and photography. It's a mile walk to the center of the island, our favorite coffee shop, Drift, and a nice selection of local eateries. The master bedroom has a king bed and a newly remodeled en suite bathroom. The second bathroom, also freshly refreshed, can be entered from either the hallway or 2nd bedroom, which has two queen beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and desk. We do not provide linen and towel service, but there are numerous linen service options available at OIB. The condo has intelligent TVs in every bedroom, as well as in the living room. Bring your log in information for Netflix, Prime, and most other fashionable streaming services. The kitchen is completely equipped for 8 guests who savor cooking or just heating up takeout from one of the many island eateries. The sizable dining room table seats 8 comfortably with vistas of the sound, and the living room overlooks the fishing lagoon. In addition we have covered parking for two cars. No family pets allowed, no exceptions. Ocean Isle Beach is about halfway between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington (about a 30-45 min. drive either way), close enough for dinner or shopping. Calabash and its famed seafood are just 20 mins. away. In addition there are about 20 golf courses within a 20 -min. drive of the island. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo, on the balcony, or on the deck. The condo is professionally cleaned with all surfaces sanitized prior to each rental. From June through August, we can only accept Saturday to Saturday dates.

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • Summertime is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Book your Wrightsville Beach rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
