Recently modernized and upfitted with high-end finishes, the building now is open to the public and giving everybody a chance to stay between the Ocean and Banks Channel. La Brisa is the top floor unit and has 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 2 twin trundle beds), a completely equipped kitchen and partial water vistas of Banks Channel!

Tastefully finished by the team at Casa Del Sol and Galarde Interiors to provide a opulent yet laid back feel.

Guest Access:
There are 4 total units located at this property– 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor and one on the top floor! There is assigned parking for each unit on the premises.

Located on the South End of Wrightsville Beach, ‘6 Sunset’ is steps away from SUNdays Cafe, The Oceanic Restaurant and Pier, South End Surf Shop and just over 1 mile (1.2m) to downtown Wrightsville Beach.
