Welcome to our 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located on a triple lot with ample room for boat parking. Home is located only 3 blocks from Davis Canal public dock. Clean, comfortable home with fenced in backyard! The home is walking and cycling distance to the beach. Hot/cold outdoor shower and washer/dryer available for guests!

Our home currently has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has two double beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. There is a twin daybed and twin trundle in the living room. Bathroom #1 has a tub/shower combo. Bathroom #2 has a walk in shower. All living area is on one single floor; The concrete driveway and garage is used for owner storage and guests do not have access to them.

There is plenty of parking in the gravel driveway for trucks, cars, boats and trailers! The fenced in backyard with outdoor patio is ideal to appreciate the salt air. During the harvesting season, you will adore to pick fresh grapes, pears and blueberries from plants scattered throughout the property.

This home has an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has couches and ceiling fans. Two flat screen Intelligent TV's & high speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use.

Appreciate family dinners around the giant Lazy Susan dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more.

Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
