When to go & When to book:

  • Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home.   • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on good ratings to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
