Only a few blocks from Johnnie Mercers Pier and conveniently located next to public beach access #9, this central location is sure to become the new family tradition!

As you enter the entryway you may immediately access the garage, the stairwell that leads to the main living level, or the first guest bedroom that is furnished with a Pyramid bunk bed. Upstairs, the main living level of the home has a casual floor plan. It is extremely cavernous and offers an open concept living, dining and kitchen area - great for entertaining and gathering appreciated ones. The kitchen and living room are lined with enormous glass doors and windows. Natural light floods the home during the day and creates a outstanding combination of indoor and outdoor living. Appreciate evening dinners and morning coffee on 2 levels of decking as the waves crash in the background. Decks may be accessed from the main living level of the common area and top floor bedrooms.
