This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfortable coastal escape for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bath, while the second and third bedrooms feature a queen, and a queen with twin — ideal for flexibility and comfort.



Unwind on the cozy couch in the living room, savor movie nights on the big-screen TV, and stay cool with central air and ceiling fans throughout. High-speed WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer add additional convenience.



Spend the day at the beach with the 6 beach chairs and an umbrella. When it’s time to rinse off the sand, head to the outdoor shower located by the stairs — ideal for beach feet or sandy puppy paws.



The covered deck is ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun, complete with 4 bar-height chairs, 2 rocking chairs, and a direct view of the ocean. . You’re steps from the sand and mins. from great eateries on Oak Island and in Southport.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservations and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, modest shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

Must be 25+ years old to rent. Failure to follow this will result in removal and forfeiture of rent.



We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be supplied in your total and will be requested separately. A non-returnable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once finished.

min. of 2 dogs. Unregistered family pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furnishings or beds (additional cleaning costs may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.



Parking at the condo is always COMPLIMENTARY, and you’re just steps from the beach — no need to pay for beach access parking!



FYI: As of January 10, 2023, Oak Island has implemented paid parking at beach access points from April 1 to September 30, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Prices: $5/hour, $20/day, $80/week.
