House Rules for Animals: Limit of 2 dogs w/ total weight of 80 lbs. Non-returnable $200 pet deposit applies. Dogs must be up to date on ALL shots/ vaccines, and on a flea & tick regiment. Strict NO-cat policy and no family pets on any furnishings or beds. Family Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Home does not include a crate -- please bring one, if needed. This can provide comfort to your pet while you are out appreciating the beach or town, as well as protect the home from any possible damage.

Parking at the condo is always COMPLIMENTARY, and you’re just steps from the beach — no need to pay for beach access parking!

FYI: As of January 10, 2023, Oak Island has implemented paid parking at beach access points from April 1 to September 30, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Summer months are high season in Oak Island. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.   • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
