Inside, you will find comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens (at no additional cost), ample storage, and thoughtfully designed common areas that invite connection. Appreciate a worry complimentary check-in experience: beds are made upon your arrival. The well supplied kitchen accepts guests to prepare meals at home and opens into shared dining and living spaces ideal for spending time together.

Outdoors, the property offers broad decks, a private pool, patio and balcony areas, outdoor furnishings, outdoor shower, and a BBQ grille—ideal for appreciating ocean vistas and warm coastal evenings. The home sits waterfront and includes a private entrance and complimentary parking on the premises.

FAMILY PETS
Dogs are allowed with prior approval only. A max. of two (2) dogs is allowed. A non-returnable pet fee of $100 per dog, per day must be paid in full prior to check-in. Dog food/water bowls available for your use.

EVENTS
Events are allowed by prior approval only and require a non-returnable event fee starting at $1,500 (subject to change). All event details must be disclosed and approved before booking.

FISHING & MORE
But wait, there's more! Simply walk to the end of our driveway and say hello to a fisherman's heaven! Our property offers the convenience of both the ocean and the sound, including close by fishing access. The Point on Oak Island is the ideal place to watch boats, jet skis, paddle boards, and kayaks pass by.

Guests have full access to the entire home and all on-site amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the completely equipped kitchen, laundry area, elevator, and all outdoor areas such as the pool, decks, patio, balcony, backyard, and BBQ grille.

Guests also have access to the private entrance, waterfront areas, close by beach access, and complimentary parking on the premises.

Any locked closets or storage areas designated for owner or service use are not accessible to guests.

Malibu is located in a peaceful coastal community, and we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and local noise ordinances. The property is best suited for families, groups, and responsible travelers seeking a calming beachfront experience.

The home is pet-friendly with prior approval and applicable pet costs. Events are allowed only with advance approval and an additional event fee. All event details must be disclosed prior to booking.

Private in-ground pool is available year round. Pool is not heated.

Weekly units with Saturday check-in/out are required in the peak summer season.

Check-in and check-out times are stringently enforced to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation between guests.

While 1-2 adults can comfortably fit in each bunk bed, note that the space between beds is minimal and they are intended for kids.

The beach is not directly accessible from the home. We recommend utilizing one of the close by public beach access areas (The Point - West Beach Drive or The Point - Kings Lynn Drive).

We HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment against all of life's unknown events that could affect your reservation with us.

For safety and security, the property is equipped with (2) exterior security cameras monitoring the main guest entry areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
