Recently modernized in 2020! Upgrades include: elegant bespoke constructed sizable kitchen with eat in bar, enormous back deck with partially fenced in backyard, new beds, couches, huge bathroom vanities and wood floors. Take a 1 min. walk to the Intracoastal Waterway or a .6 mile drive to access the beach. Our home is dog and family friendly and conveniently located close to stores, grocery stores, eateries and family activities.

We strive to offer you a home away from home, complete with all your vacation essentials. Almost everything in the home is brand new and is kept extremely clean and tidy for our guests. We have huge windows across the front of the home, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Our refreshed space gives you a comfortable and comfortable place to rest after a long day of calming at the beach.

Check in is at 1 pm and the code to unlock the door will be included once home is available. Check out is at 9 am.

We are local to the area and can offer a fast response if you need any assistance during your stay. We have a dedicated professional contact for any emergency/cleaning or handyman needs. Please use contact supplied for immediate assistance during your stay.

Pillows, bed topper and linens for the air bed is kept in closet to be used as needed for guests. Although it is brand new, we suggest using bed topper to make sleeping more cozy.

When sending a booking request please notify me if you are bringing dog(s). There will be an additional deep cleaning fee if any evidence of a cat on property is found.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and Bay Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.

Finding your perfect rental:

Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Summer time is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
