Accommodating up to 10 guests, you will discover 3 bedrooms on the first level. Bedroom #1 provides 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) with street/poolside view, a TV, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom (shower/tub combo) with bedroom #2. Bedroom #2 provides a queen size bed, oceanfront with balcony access, a TV, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom (shower/tub combo) with bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 provides a king size bed, oceanfront with balcony access, a TV, and has a private full bath with shower/tub combo. Also located on this level, you will find a stackable washer & dryer in the hallway. The Master bedroom is located on the second level, providing a king size bed, oceanfront, a TV, and has a private full bath with shower/tub combo. Also located on the second level, you will appreciate the open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area with magnificant ocean vistas. The kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances.

In just a matter of mins. you will have your toes in the sand, surf fishing or looking for your favorite seashells, or take a short walk to the Golden Holden mailbox of memories on the far east end of the island! Swimming pools are open each year from March - November. Pool cooling may be available upon advance request only during the months of July & August, with a pool cooling fee of $250 plus tax, paid in advance. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with a pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
