“Sandcastle Lower” is an attractively decorated 3-bedroom 2-and-a-half-bathroom lower unit duplex that is only one home from the beach. You and your family will savor amazing vistas of the ocean from the covered porch and the convenient location of this refreshed home.

Guests of this gorgeous home will appreciate complimentary access to the communal gym located in the entry. The garage for this unit has been transformed into an indoor game room and features a foosball table, chess/checkers table, and pool table. With all this to do, you may not want to leave the home! If you do, the beach access and Johnnie Mercer’s Pier are just steps away.

Just up the stairs you will find the entry door which leads to a bright and fresh living space. The single level floor plan of this property features an open living-dining and kitchen area that leads to the covered porch. Savor meals at the dining room table, at the bar seating that overlooks the kitchen, or on the deck soaking in the gentle evening sea breezes. A roomy living room gives a phenomenal place to relax at the end of the day and provides comfortable seating for the whole family. There is a intelligent TV so you can log in and continue watching your favorite shows or movies.

There is a powder room off the living room that is convenient for guests. Down the hall there are three gorgeously furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom is outfitted with two twin sized beds, a intelligent TV, and has access to a jack and jill bedroom that is shared with the neighboring queen bedroom. The bathroom is gorgeously updated and features a dual vanity, classy fixtures, and a walk-in shower. A queen guest room makes a striking accommodation for guests! A cozy bed overlooks a generously sized intelligent TV and there is exterior egress with a spiral stair case that leads down to the grilling area. The cavernous primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed, dedicated workspace, intelligent TV, and a enormous ensuite bathroom.
