Located just around the corner from Johnny Mercer's Pier, this home provides an gorgeous balance of being near the activities but not on a loud busy street.

When you arrive at the townhouse, you will find a long-covered carport and parking area to support up to 4 cars. The home features an impressive 3 floors of living space above the ground floor, rest assured whether you are more seasoned or simply hauling the groceries in, there is an elevator to make these tasks easier for the whole family. The home has a modern design featuring a reverse floor plan to maximize the ocean view benefit on the top floor where the family will congregate in the communal areas.

As you walk to the top floor you will be impressed with all the natural light afforded by the open space. You will find a entirely supplied kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
