Savor the island life in this handsome 3 bedroom home. Entirely equipped kitchen, dining table seats 4 with breakfast nook seats 2. Roomy living room with sizable flat screen Roku TV. Brand new LVP floor throughout. New sectional couch! Gorgeously landscaped fenced in back yard. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen Roku TV and en suite bathroom, as well as private exit to giant back patio. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has twin beds, and full size bed ideal kids room. Minutes from beach access and beautiful spectacular walk over the canal. Well mannered, potty trained family pets welcome. We want you and your family and friends to have a calming, enchanting, care complimentary vacation.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Getting the best value:

• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
